Rubber Mixing
DS Techno Rubber operates an in-house mixing facility equipped with hundreds of established formulas tailored to meet specific customer needs. Utilizing automated computerized weighing for rubber, chemicals, and oil, we maintain product consistency across all batches. Our product development team possesses the technical proficiency to design and develop compounds that fulfill every customer requirement.
Rubber Moulding
We are capable of manufacturing rubber moldings based on either a provided drawing or an existing sample. Alternatively, we can help with design and material selection process for new parts. With over 33 years of expertise, our knowledgeable team ensures the production of top-quality moldings, tailored precisely to your requirements.
Our range of custom rubber molding capabilities is extensive. From small and intricate parts weighing as little as 0.1kg to heavy-duty rubber matting designs weighing up to 30kg, we cover a broad spectrum. Among our frequently requested molded parts are rubber bushes, grommets, hydraulic rubber seals, rubber diaphragms, and rubber bonded to metal mounts.
Quality Control
We conduct thorough quality checks during raw material incoming, in-process and pre-dispatch stages to detect and take corrective action for any non-conforming product. Our labs are well equipped to support our manufacturing, ensuring quality products are delivered against each order.
