Fabric reinforcement provides tensile strength and dimensional stability essential for millions of actuation cycles. Without reinforcement, thin diaphragms would fail prematurely.
These diaphragms are made from gas-resistant elastomers like Nitrile (NBR), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), and Epichlorohydrin (ECO), combined with reinforcement fabrics such as Nylon or Polyester.
