With this spirit, we took a strategic decision a year ago to participate in ACMEE 2025, one of India’s premier engineering and manufacturing technology exhibitions.
Why We Chose ACMEE
Our goal was clear — to reach new customers, demonstrate the cutting-edge technology we employ, and present the precision-driven products we’ve been proudly manufacturing over the years. We saw ACMEE 2025 as the perfect platform to highlight not just what we make, but how well we make it.
Preparation: Every Detail Matters
Although the plan was set in motion a year ago, our team began the on-ground preparation a week before the exhibition. We worked with energy and excitement to design and print high-impact catalogues, banners, and marketing materials. Our invitation campaign kicked off with emails to our existing and privileged customers, welcoming them to visit our stall and experience our range of products firsthand.
Product Showcase: From Foundation to Innovation
Every product we’ve developed since the inception of DS Techno Rubber was carefully curated and displayed at our booth — a full-spectrum showcase of our journey and growth. But the true showstopper was our precision diaphragm product, which truly mesmerized visitors with its craftsmanship and technological excellence. We also took this opportunity to highlight the advanced engineering processes behind our components — from high-performance rubber compounds to the precision molding techniques that define our quality standards.
Visitors, Enquiries & Unmatched Impact
The response we received was nothing short of phenomenal. Our stall attracted major industry names including ZF Rane, Uno Minda, Hyundai, Rane Madras, and even leading medical instrument manufacturers looking for high-precision rubber parts.
We received multiple enquiries on the very first day, with many follow-ups and requests for quotations on the next. The interest was so high that the catalogues we printed were completely exhausted midway through the event. We quickly re-printed them, but even those ran out by the end of the expo.
By the time the exhibition wrapped up, we had generated more than 300 genuine business enquiries, setting a new benchmark for our outreach efforts.
Even our directors stepped up, taking their place at the heart of the action — engaging with visitors, sharing insights, and proudly representing our organization throughout the exhibition.
Looking Ahead
Participating in ACMEE 2025 has not only opened up massive new opportunities, but also reinforced our belief in the strength of innovation, teamwork, and customer engagement. We are currently evaluating the large number of leads and preparing for multiple product trials and quotations — a clear sign that our efforts have translated into real business momentum.
