Preparation with Purpose
Our journey toward the audit began a month in advance, with every department aligning under a common goal: “No Non-Conformances.”
We adopted the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle to guide our audit readiness. Our teams worked tirelessly, verifying documents and records day and night, ensuring that no detail was overlooked. Despite numerous challenges, we stood resilient—even working on Sundays—motivated by our shared commitment to quality and excellence.
Audit Execution by TÜV Nord
The IATF 16949:2016 Surveillance Audit, conducted by TÜV Nord, spanned three continuous days. The auditor thoroughly evaluated our systems, processes, documentation, and overall compliance with the global automotive quality management standard.
Every record, checklist, and SOP was examined for consistency, traceability, and effectiveness.
We are proud to report:
- No non-conformances (NCs) reported
- A few observations, which are being proactively addressed through our internal corrective action system
