Annual Team Tour 2026: A Refreshing Break to Reconnect
DS Techno Rubber Pvt. Ltd. organized its much-anticipated annual team tour on March 16, 2026, bringing employees together for a day of travel, bonding, and relaxation. Starting early at 3:45 AM from the office premises, the team set out on an energizing journey designed to strengthen connections beyond the workplace.
The first stop was the sacred Chidambaram Nataraja Temple, where employees experienced a moment of spirituality and cultural heritage. The journey then continued to the scenic coastal town of Pondicherry, where the team visited a serene semi-private beach, offering a perfect environment to unwind.
A highlight of the tour was the visit to the breathtaking Pichavaram Mangrove Forest, known for its unique waterways and lush greenery. The natural surroundings created a refreshing break from routine work life.
The day was filled with engaging team bonding activities, fun group games, and creative moments captured through group reels. Employees enjoyed a delicious home-style village lunch featuring a variety of seafood, including fried fish, prawns, and squid—adding an authentic local touch to the experience.
Despite returning late at night around 11 PM, the enthusiasm remained high among the team. To ensure proper rest and recovery, the company declared March 17 as a holiday, allowing employees to return to work recharged and motivated.
